We currently only ship within West Malaysia.

2. Delivery Time

• West Malaysia: Estimated 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays or courier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Free shipping is available for orders above RM500.

4. Local Pickup

Customers may choose to self-collect their orders at our store:

Pickup is available during business hours. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
